This year Egypt is hosting Conference of the Parties (COP27) in Sharm El-Seikh. This conference is being held Nov 6, to Nov 18. This  conference lasts 12 days and is put on by the UN. 200 countries were invited but only 198 are attending. Some topics that this conference will discuss are goals for preventing climate change, putting aside money for the inevitable disasters of climate change, and reducing emissions. Next  year COP28 will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
